About This Topic
The rapid increase in building energy consumption is one of the most pressing problems we face at the moment. Recent advances in various fields of nanomaterials are making them up-and-coming candidates for achieving energy efficiency and sustainable operation in building sector. There are numerous mechanisms by which the integration of nanomaterials can improve building energy performance. These include, for example, facilitation of improved energy harvesting and conversion efficiencies, enhanced energy storage rates, and improved building envelope properties. We invite authors to contribute original research articles or comprehensive review articles covering the most recent progress and new developments in the utilization of nanomaterials for highly efficient, novel devices relevant to applications in renewable energy and green building applications. This special issue aims to cover a broad range of subjects, from nanosynthesis to the design and characterization of energy systems and technologies with nanomaterial integration. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Manuscripts should be submitted online at http://www.lidsen.com/account-login by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. Papers will be published continuously (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are refereed through a peer-review process. Guidelines for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts are available on the Instructions for Authors page. Journal of Energy and Power Technology is an international peer-reviewed Open Access monthly journal published by LIDSEN.
